US orders over $60 ship free. Below that it’s a flat $5.90.
Timing
Orders placed before 2pm ET go out the same business day. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
Where we ship
The United States only for now, including AK and HI (allow a few extra days). We don’t ship to PO boxes.
Something wrong?
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and email help@whiskerkind.com. We’ll replace it, and you won’t need to return the damaged one.
