The 30-night trial
Cats take a while to accept new things, so a 14-day window is useless for a fountain. Use it for 30 nights. If your cat won’t drink from it, email us and we’ll refund you in full — used, wet, and with the filter in.
You don’t need the original box. We’ll send a prepaid label.
Standard returns
Unopened items go back within 60 days for a full refund. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of arrival.
Filters
Sealed filter packs can be returned within 60 days. Opened ones can’t, for hygiene reasons — unless they’re faulty, in which case see below.
Warranty
Twelve months on the fountain and pump against manufacturing defects. If it stops working, email help@whiskerkind.com with your order number and a short description — usually a photo or a few seconds of video is enough. We replace rather than repair.
The warranty doesn’t cover pumps run dry, physical damage, or descaling neglect.
